Honestly... I think the pilots will be OK one way or another. AAG needs pilot bodies at the regional level. New planes..ehhhh maybe. Depends but honestly don't believe outside the relm of possibilities. Lots of people moving on... I know of 5 leaving in the next month, 1 to UAL, 2 to jetblue, and 2 to mainline. Shortage of pilots here is becoming real
