Dang. It doesn't sound the least bit boring to me. Being to able to have very good seniority for at least the last 15 years with your choice of days off. If you get bored with the plane and destinations, then just put in a bid for another plane for a while. Does it sound more exciting to you to keep switching companies and starting over at the bottom? Most of us are envious of this guy's postion.
