I am so tired of the lamenting out of touch captain who had the opportunity to upgrade quick complain about the 6+ years FO's complaining about upgrade. Yet some how captain who upgraded at 2 years still has the nerve to say we need to "pay our dues".
Give me a break.
We have those at Eagle. FO for 18 months, CA for 18 years. Never a day on reserve. Things never have been as good as they once were and it seems like things are worse now.
