No offense to Eagle folks, but Xjet sounds worse than Eagle's current issues....even the pay sucks more than most!! Oh, and the interview process sounds completely out of line with todays' environment....assuming they don't modify the onsite process at some of the upcoming job fairs.

I don't know which place is worse but I don't think the pay is worse. Keep in mind that XJT has a b fund company contribution on top of the 401k matching, along with a 25% premium cap on all welfare benefits. I wouldn't be surprised if sick and vacation accrual and per diem is better.
