This is wrong for cancellation pay. Gate returns are not counted as a leg. You would get 1:35 for the first leg (2 gate returns) and 1:25 for the cancelled leg. We have won this numerous times. This is for the CRJ contract.
Wrong, and the union agree's. Filed a grievance, they agreed with the company with that issue. It USED to be that way, until recently they stated.
