Sadly they don't care if the bottom half of the list were to leave either. They don't think it will affect them. Good luck getting contracts to fly with no pilots to staff the planes.
What he said ^^^^. IF we don't get industry standard in 2016 we will be able to walk across the street (DAL, UAL, AA). Things have changed and a lot of us have no tolerance for our elders showing up to the table begging for "profit sharing" scraps. I'd give my left nut to show up for a pairing to not see these elder atlas guys going out the door with little to no retirement yet continue to defend the company practices. Atlas has trained them well
