Mileage will vary day by day. I interviewed with 10 people and 2 of us were hired. I'm sure there have been interview days where almost everyone has been hired. I don't think even in a severe shortage Skywest would be the kind of company that will hire just anyone. The captains on the interview team are looking for people that they would enjoy flying with.
