Depending on the FAs (after one leg) I call "flight attendants prepare the cabin for departure" either #1 for takeoff or right before I start the first engine.
I usually go with something like "Wrap it up, it's time to go, give me a call so we can ROCK AND ROOOOLLLLLL!!!!!"
Works like a champ and I've never been questioned about it.
