How would TLV be for a buddy pass for a single person that is flexible with dates?
My cousin and his friend used buddy passes to get there a few years ago. The hardest part was getting out of CVG - basically impossible so they drove - yes drove - to JFK. Once they got there, it was easy to get to TLV and back.
