We currently bid hard lines and then add/drop/swap with a few restrictions. I have worked at pref-bid airlines as well as hard line airlines and the F9 system is by far the best in my humble opinion. I expect Indigo will attempt to rape our scheduling work rules. Time will tell. Once you are a line holder life is pretty good. Crew Scheduling currently eats our RSV's like those robots in the "war of the worlds" movie.
