What's more, since all Real Time Trip Trades are subject to crew desk approval, you can pretty much assume that your ONLY hope of trip trading is the same or better number of days, same start date, before about 7am the day prior to the trip, AND you'd better be senior.
For the most part coverage was always bad on weekends at CAL but you could see the coverage and know before you even got your hopes up. Usually midweek single day coverage was good enough but no longer.
