No real aircraft numbers growth, but utilization is increasing greatly. Some growth out of Trenton, st Louis, midway and Denver. Some people got recalled back to AA, United etc some leaving to go to the legacies, very few retirements.
10 yr for junior captain is correct. There was also almost no hiring from the end of 2007 until late 2013.
