ASA here. I am somewhat comforted in hearing I'm not the only one that is becoming so tired and pi$$ed off at pathetic, inept management that I want my place of employment to burn to the ground.

I've transformed over the years from an eager positive hopeful employee willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish a flight safely on time, to a bitter pi$$ed off pilot who just doesn't care anymore. The only thing I care about is not killing myself or others and going home. I almost WANT this place to fail just to see them twist in the wind.

I don't like this change because it is not who I am. Our management has made this an intolerable place to work, tell us we make too much money, and constantly threaten us with shrinking. It's a real kick in the teeth.

If I didn't have kids I think I would just leave.
