That is a silly question and assumes a great deal of immaturity on my part.
I have been an airline pilot for over 20 years and it has happened more that once. Never had a problem with it, never will have a problem with it, now my question is how will a 35 year old feel sitting next to a 48 year old f/o with 3 times his experience?
