My old flight school can barely hold on to CFI's for 6 months. They're leaving for regionals on a monthly basis. The funny thing is, a CFI there makes more than an FO at any regional.
But he probably works his @ss off. I made over $50K as a senior MEI, but I couldn't wait to get out of that pressure cooker.
