Haha, sounds like my pilot training instructors who said "you gotta eat your humble pie" Of course the other big part of that is patience. Seeing as overall across all the majors in the past year, we haven't even reached 1,000 new hires yet. And with 10,000+ looking, its all about patience and working to distinguish yourself somehow if you don't have "astronaut" qualifications. Job fairs, networking, etc. Based on these stats, I don't understand why people get angry that they haven't been hired. The industry has collectively screwed us all, so its not personal
