The 76 seat jets do have a DALPA negotiated payscale. It is in section 3 of our current live contract.
I'll tell you why you should be willing to bend to get that flying at mainline, because it is flying. I'm not going to bid the 717, a320, 73n, m88, or 757 but I do care that that flying is at mainline.
The sad reality is that you do not understand that when you don't stand up for scope, the job you don't care about is your own.

Well thank you for pointing me to the bottom of our pay chart. I do see EMB195 and EMB190/CRJ-900. I assumed those were not 76 seat aircraft, but rather 100 seat aircraft.
BTW, SWA is paying for the modifications but reportedly also approximately half of the lease payments.
