Not sure what you are talking about. As of august 2014 there are no more light twin atp rides. You will have no choice but to find a simulator with 40k mtow or more unless they relieve those requirements.
Maybe I haven't been reading the new rules correctly, but wouldn't this essentially put every ALLATPs type place out of business and force all ATPs to be completed in a Sim?
