Me too, I'd go on reserve just to get a little TPIC time and a larger base paycheck. Also just for something different. Most junior captain is a 12/2006 hire. With the FOUR upgrades they're doing in 2014, we might see a 1/2007 hire get to the left seat.

Seven years in the right seat is too many. We're burnt out, losing captains and FOs and no sign of more upgrades anytime soon.
