I agree. I'm cautiously optimistic that this hiring spree turns into the one that never ends. The 99-01 hiring spree was suppose to never end as well and we know how that turned out. I sure hope we see 50 a month forever, but Russia/Iran/N Korea etc. and age 70 could easily derail some of that plan.
Just to be clear the only people talking about raising the retirement age are pilots on forums. ICAO is not looking at it. The FAA is not looking at it.
