Default In-Service Withdrawals

I was wondering if anyone has, or is considering doing an In-Service withdrawal from their company sponsored 401K. The "Recovery Act of 2008" allowed airline pilots to roll certain payments into a self-directed Roth, which many pilots did. At United, the post BK bond payment qualified under the act. United also allows In-Service for pilots older than 59½.

Just curious how many guys are opting for the ability to self direct and/or have active management in the majority of their portfolio.

United has this option, which other companies offer this option to pilots?
