Old book, may be out of print, by Irv Jasinski(sp?) 'Airline Pilot Interviews'

I created my resume following his model and advice (in the book), and successfully interviewed at two Legacies- one pre 911 and one just this past year. Point being, IMO, the format is still relavant.
