From what I could tell, it seems that more money was given to the company via concessions than was given to the pilot group via raises. If the cost of this LOA is positive, it sure isn't statistically significant enough to even consider voting yes.


I see tho LOA as a "we need pay raises for the pilot group" but since there is no money for raises, we'll give up X, Y, and Z to be able to show we got "pay raises".


This LOA definitely falls under the "pulling the wool over the sheep's eyes" category.
