They don't care where your flight time comes from. They care about your personality and what you would be like on a 4 day trip.
I'd also add that coming in prepared for the interview is crucial. I've personally witnessed folks with great personalities that still didn't make the cut because they either came in unprepared or with an attitude that they had the job in their pocket.
Get your ATP mins, study hard, come in with a good attitude and you'll be fine.
