250 is probably too high for the remainder. I agree with you that most of us have masters, but disagree about the interview experience part. Most of us have never interviewed for a job in our lives. But I think we're also smart enough to know that a few bucks out of pocket for interview prep is probably wise.
I agree, i really had no clue about the interview. I had two interviews the entire time I was in the Air Force, one at JC Penneys to become a Loss Prevention Officer and the other for an assignment in Europe when i was an Intel Geek. Thankfully, i made the correct decision to seek out Emerald Coast.
Also, not every military pilot comes out ready to move right into the Majors. Many haven't attained their ATP and others are transitioning from a non-flying assignment. I've got a few buddies who hadn't flown their final assignment, getting out without flying for three years is quite the kick in the junk.
