Some folks had SUBSTANTIAL sick banks, and sick banks over 1,500 hours were not uncommon. 1,500 hours at 80 hrs/mo is nearly 19 months of pay. I used it for 6 months

Mine was 1650. We were allowed to use a percent of that each month to offset the premiums of DPMA. As I recall, I paid about $14 a month.
