Some folks had SUBSTANTIAL sick banks, and sick banks over 1,500 hours were not uncommon. 1,500 hours at 80 hrs/mo is nearly 19 months of pay.

I know that is what they gave up to get into DPMA and some gave up a TON of sick pay. Did Delta take the sick bank money they would have used and put it into DPMA? I don't think they did so the plan still became underfunded when they all came in even though they gave up something significant.
