It seems like though it will be similar to a fare sale. If they ALL don't do that, one will have the advantage of being able to empty anothers' coffers of all qualified applicants. Similar, I would think to the recent problem JB had with recalls from other airlines taking away some of their pilots. I don't know if the rumors are true about is causing problems, but I would wager the potential is very real at the regional level. Interesting question though.
