New hires should definitely consider this information when bidding the ER. I think that is probably why the positions are going unfilled. People know that the growth is only temporary.
During that time there will still be 50 noobs a month, 717 deliveries, retirements, and then the new 330s will begin to be staffed. Those stars just don't align to create much of a picture for displacements.
