This is an interesting development to say the least, as he is certainly subjected to agency shop one would have to wonder why terminate your Membership when you hold the title of SCP of a Unionized pilot group?

As a side note, unfortunately while our actual non members list shrink (grandfathered list) we continue to have a spike of retired delinquents and at no ones surprise it is once again about the money as some refuse to pay dues money on large checks as they retire. (e.g. vacation buy back). Leaving on a sour note and not having the ability to call the ALPA Office when one retires does not make much sense to me, unless of course it's all about the money....
