This is just a speculation but they might have thought you wanted to take an advantage of talking to more than one recruiter. One of their core values is integrity. Hey, but absolutely no offense to you. I am at your shoes, I have your flight times and was told at WAI that competitive min were around 5000ish. My 2 cents. Again sorry to hear that. It is weird that they would cancel an interview bc of 300 hrs TT. Good luck, JB is also my choice.
Hey WW... no offense taken. Love your name!

I already had an interview set up when I spoke to the folks in Orlando. I just wanted to meet them, say hello, and develop a relationship. I stood in line for fast pass because they are the only place I want to go. Once there, I found the JB recruiters to be very accommodating and available. I just spoke to a couple/few different ones so I could see who jetBlue is.

Someone told you 5000 hours. Someone told me 3500+ hours. I dunno. It's baffling. 300 hours is not going to make or break a pilot... we all know that.

A friend of mine at JB said he knows of a 10,000 hour pilot who can't get called because of his currency (less than 250 in 12 months).

I don't know what the matrix is. Things change. I'll roll with it. I'll still keep my blue shirt ready to go and hope for the best. And hope to see you there.
