The way some of the regionals are getting right now, I wouldn't doubt if some of them are accepting safety pilot time in place of "SOME" multi-engine time, however, you'd have to be pretty darned close to their mins w/ regular multi before i'd even consider using 50 hrs multi- 50 hrs multi (safety pilot) time to get me in the door.
