If you are the SP you do not have to log it as such. However it will be obvious to anyone looking through your book if there's SP time involved because...

1) The SP doesn't log landings.
2) On the legs where you are NOT the SP you must log hood time, and you must also log the name of the SP.

You cannot hide it without falsifying your logbook.

Most airlines will take SP time toward their mins, but a few have had issues in the past. Since you have an airline in mind, call and ask them if they allow SP time.

With a low 50 hours ME, an interview CA might be a little leary if half of your time was SP so you might get some grief over that (I had 350 ME at my first interview).
