I.O.E. is 4 legs flown with a qualified P.I.C.
At least 2 of those 4 legs need to be a 135 flight with a paying customer. It is really a non event. Not difficult considering the training received.

The checkride, taken just before I.O.E. is with the 1 check airman. He is a great guy also, and it is a learning experience as well. The training did prepare everyone very well for the checkride.
