I was just relaying what I was told, because someone else brought the subject up. I am not responsible for setting the price of the training, or trying to justify that price. Rather than Imagine Air buying hotel rooms and putting pilots in training on reduced pay, they chose to pay full salary from day one, and let the pilot’s choose where to stay.

Not everyone has the option to pick and choose jobs where the company pays for everything during training.
