As said on this forum a million times, don't make your choice based on base. Regional bases open and close on a whim and generally the most desirable are super senior. Unless you live in Northern Virginia or Detroit don't come here (CRJ) hoping to be based at home as a new hire.

You should go to the regional with the fastest upward movement. Right now we are the bottom of that list!!!
