Interviewees are fully informed of the pay plan. It should be no surprise. For those than think it is inadequate, they will need to look elsewhere. I never could understand how someone could accept a job, knowing the pay & later then complain about the pay.

The purpose of this forum is HIRING NEWS. Posts not on that topic are
irrelevant. There are pilots looking for work who have different needs that no one knows about. They are looking for information on who is hiring. If a certain company meets that need, then they have the option to accept that job for the agreed amount. My motive was to
answer a simple question about 1st year pay, not to
defend the pay scale.
