For those of you going to the job fair in LAX for Eagle. I went to the one in BOS about a month ago. There were about 25 people that attended. Anyways, basically what they do is give about a 90 presentation on the company, (done by a Capt.) and then they do a Q&A session. Now for those that qualify 800TT Guys and Gals they will interview you that day. However, I only have 450TT and 100ME so they told me to get a "couple hundred more hours and keep them posted on my progress. This is a great a company and they care as I even recieved a follow up email the following week for attending and they like my resume i just need more hours. I think it is worth attending even if you dont have the flight time becuase they get to know you as i spoke with HR and their Capt afterwards. Oh yea and PS- wear a suit I did , but there wwere some who didnt.
