Be knowledgable about it all but I'd personally spend more time practicing the Tell me about a time questions and relating the core values with your stories. Just my $.02.
Definitely do not skip on reading up about the company. You only get around 5 questions in the interview you don't want to risk having one of those questions be about the history of JetBlue and screw it up.
Exact question I got: "Embarrass me with your knowledge of JetBlue". Not something you can BS your way through. I didn't read either of the books and I was able to answer the question thoroughly. You can find all of the history on the internet.
