C'mon man be analytical. You got hired in 2006 then Age 65 slammed the door shut in 2007 by creating unprecedented attrition. Unless nuclear war happens that kind of stagnation will not happen in this industry again, if ever. We are at the tip of the biggest hiring wave in the industry's history not will not be stopped barring nuclear war or an asteroid heading for Earth. Same can be said for the chances Compass, PSA or Mesa stagnate.
Many FOs at the mega regionals, especially junior ones, will notice next year when their colleagues hired at smaller regionals years after them are heading to respectable pay and a resume boost that comes from the left seat.
