Seems to me the PILOTS are the one killing their own young and blaming it on management. I could be wrong. But I have yet to hear talks from senior pilots giving up money for the new people (which I KNOW will NEVER happen).
Why should anyone "give up money"? How about this "career" has been going backwards for decades, and the only direction any professional pilots pay should go is up!!! Or better yet, if you feel someone needs to "give up money", how about upper management? Their pay has only increased exponentially for years and even if it was cut in half, it would still be substantial!
