An even better rule of thumb is that no one....NO ONE acts like they do on this forum in person. Probably because of the chance they would be punched in the face.
I have no problem looking every single one of my industry peers in the eyes, and smiling or waving and saying hello. Guess what happens......They all smile or say hello back.
This forum is a cesspool. People shouldn't take career advice from members who would post insulting, hateful, condescending, and mostly untrue rhetoric. That is the reason I chime in when I do, so people can hear facts, not hate.
