I have no dog is this fight as I left a year ago however if it's ok I'd like to make a suggestion.

I sincerely ask that all parties (FOs and Capts) read the TA as if it will determine the rest of your career because Eagle for some will be your career airlines. Please READ the TA and don't listen to the innuendos spread by union officials who want you to vote yes. In my short time there (3+years) every contract that had the possibility of going to a pilot vote had some aircraft or incentive rumor attached to it.

The divestiture TA had increased flow rumors and aircraft that would magically appear the day the Contract was signed. The current contract that Eagle is under there were supposed to be a significant number of 900s that would be announced the day after it was voted in. I personally voted No for the current contract because it killed what little quality of life that made a once good regional avg to mediocre.

The point of my post is vote with knowledge and confidence! Be ready to live with these terms for 20 years if you are so persuaded to vote yes. I hope for the sake of everyone at Eagle that they may advance on to their dream job but reality is, this will not be the case for many. Pure luck got me out of Eagle but I can say with confidence after reading the TA I see no incentive what so ever for anyone to vote In favor of this Mockery of our profession.
