The only ones I think. I've not seen it on any other countries airplanes - but I haven't seen every other countries airplanes either
When F-4Es and F-106s were retired from ADTAC Air Defense squadrons, they were replaced with early F-16s (Block 15s, I think). Since AMRAAM wasn't fielded yet, they modified these jets with Continuous Wave Illuminators so they could carry AIM-7 Sparrows.
They were also modified with spotlights. Non-movable, I believe; they just banked until it would shine on them.
One is on display on a stick at the entrance to MacDill AFB.
