You need to WANT to live there and you need to realize that smaller domiciles are in danger of being closed in the future.
ideally you would want to live in New York and you would be married to a super model with a house in the city or the Hamptons and a limo waiting to take you to the airport.
oh, and she would WANT
you. that would be the best part right before the part about how you will forever be more senior and be on more premium equipment than any other base.
