I'm glad it's a complete thread with much information on hiring and everything you would want to know about Atlas. So let's get back to one thread. This entitlement generation that think they can't take the easy road is disgusting. Grow a pair and read the thread if you truly are Atlas material I believe you would read the thread. I'm certainly not trying to take any shortcuts, I stay up on the thread, attend job fairs, update my profile and hope to someday get called by Atlas. What have you done lately, other than whine about reading the thread?
You are welcome, WARich, for the information. It is nice to have our contributions noticed and appreciated. Personally, during my pursuit of a job with Atlas I had a tremendous amount of help from posters on this thread and, with no practical way to pay them back (other than the obligatory beer), I simply "pay it forward" to the next wave of new hires. Interestingly, the general tone of this thread mirrors the tone on the line. Line pilots seem to excel at assisting and supporting each other which is a tremendous help when rapidly changing events start to stack up against you (which seems to be SOP during many of our operations).
Keep the faith. 29 more retirements to go this year, 31 next year. Adding the 3 GSS -8's this year, 24 more new hires just announced. It's not explosive growth, but it's growth. Keep updating. Attend the job fairs that Atlas attends. Stay current. And stay informed.
Good luck.
