Personally, during my pursuit of a job with Atlas I had a tremendous amount of help from posters on this thread and, with no practical way to pay them back (other than the obligatory beer), I simply "pay it forward" to the next wave of new hires. Interestingly, the general tone of this thread mirrors the tone on the line. Line pilots seem to excel at assisting and supporting each other which is a tremendous help when rapidly changing events start to stack up against you (which seems to be SOP during many of our operations).

Keep the faith. 29 more retirements to go this year, 31 next year. Adding the 3 GSS -8's this year, 24 more new hires just announced. It's not explosive growth, but it's growth. Keep updating. Attend the job fairs that Atlas attends. Stay current. And stay informed.
