At the WAI conference the United HR rep brought it up to. Their reasoning was if it's not replaced every six months then they technically know your age bracket and it brings up age discrimination issues. Convoluted but I guess some lawyer in their infinite knowledge, decided it was the best course of action.
I just wanna get hired, so I can do the same job I've already been doing for 14 years at G scale wages. If it means going back to getting a medical every six months sign me up!!!!
Wont they know your age down to the day from you giving your date of birth??? Btw, I just recently got a new medical because it was due this month and updated my airlineapps with DL. I suppose I better plan on getting another one in six months if I havent received and interview offer by then.
