Generally though the 190 captain on reserve gets paid about as much or slightly less than an AB320 or 767 FO with a line or the 330 FO on reserve, all of which are available to anyone who can be a 190 captain.
With all the movement there is no reason to jump on a 190 captain bid and be locked out from going to the 330 as an FO. If you bid wrong you could lock yourself into only one movement in 3.5 years, which could be devastating to the pocket book.
Guess I understand. I recall Compass having many issues when they were created and had ALL street CAs and brand new FOs flying together. (Sarcasm) I'll believe that when the company puts that word out..... USAPA put an email out Friday saying otherwise. Did they not speak with the company?
