Oh the experience. The massive QOL dump that this contract affords the reserves is a disgrace. But, getting stuck with him can be an experience as well.
I doubt any new hire that goes on reserve will have QOL worse than being on reserve at their previous employer. Reserve sucks no matter where you work. I still believe UAL has some of the best reserve work rules in the industry.
